MC Evol’s purpose is to use her voice to illuminate her concerns about the world and educate other to create awareness and catharsis. It’s also important to have fun from time to time.

I feature a blend of lit-hop music and social commentary in my songs. I draw inspiration from classic literature and contemporary pop culture. My music is known for its intricate wordplay, storytelling, and thought-provoking lyrics that explore themes such as identity, race, and personal growth.
I’ve always loved music and listening to it constantly, wanted to be in a band, and always written poetry. Eventually the technology came together in such a way that I could do this independently and remotely.
